Based on the survey, Talentbank found that male students’ preferred industries are:
- Engineering
- Tech
- Banking
- Electronics
- Telecommunication
While female students’ preferred industries are:
- Banking
- Education
- Accounting & Professional Services

- Tech
On top of the industries that these students prefer, Talentbank also found that male students prioritised career development whereas females prioritised good bosses and leaders. What a striking difference!
