These terms and conditions represent an agreement between School of Careers, (“School’’) and the candidate (‘Student’). By paying any fees or accepting the School’s offer of a place for any of our courses or services (‘Course’), the ‘Student’ accepts these terms and conditions in full, which form the contract between the ‘Student’ and the ‘School’ in relation to studies with the School.
General
These terms and conditions are only enforceable by you and the School. The School may update these terms and conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to check the School website regularly for any changes to these terms and conditions.
If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms of any document referred to herein, the provisions of these terms and conditions will prevail. The School shall not be liable for delay in performing or failing to perform to any of its obligations as a result of matters arising outside its reasonable control.
If any terms and conditions (or part thereof) is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, but would be legal, valid, and enforceable if the clause or some part of it was deleted or modified (or the duration of the relevant clause reduced), the relevant clause (or part thereof) will apply with such deletion or modification as may be required to make it legal, valid and enforceable, and the School will promptly and in good faith seek to negotiate a replacement provision consistent with the original intent of these terms and conditions as soon as possible. Any such deletion or modification will not affect the legality, validity, or enforcement of the rest of these terms and conditions.
Enrolment Policy
Your enrolment process will be managed by HRINCAMPUS Sdn Bhd and the respective school’s administration.
We have the right or authority to manage your enrolment on behalf of the course centre.
The procedures for selecting students will be open, consistent, fair and transparent based on merit and will comply with the relevant legislative requirements mentioned on the respective school page.
The School of Careers’ representative when making decisions about admission and enrolment may take into account the assessed educational disadvantage that a particular applicant has experienced. Being the students for enrolment using https://www.careerschool.co/.
HRINCAMPUS Sdn Bhd does not hold any obligations on the course outcome. Students are to bear their responsibility to finish the course and get the desired career based on their capabilities.
HRINCAMPUS Sdn Bhd does not hold any responsibility and obligation to the outcome of course completion for the job placement guarantee. HRINCAMPUS Sdn Bhd has no responsibility for confirming the course taken is relevant and affordable.
Students are advised to do proper research on the desired course of study before making enrolment decisions.
Please take note that the School may attach conditions to any offer of admission or enrolment subjected to changes on the unit of the course.
Advice and Support Services
All the advice and support are meant to use as a reference for the candidate to choose the desired course.
In no event shall HRINCAMPUS Sdn Bhd be liable for any compensatory, special, direct, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, exemplary damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from course outcome with the given advice, support or opinion on the institution and courses provided by HRINCAMPUS Sdn Bhd’s staff and employees.
Conditions of Admission and Study
You confirm that all of the information that you provided to the School during the application process was true, accurate, and not misleading. Your offer and place at the school may be withdrawn at any time or you may be subject to a disciplinary hearing under the Student Rules if this confirmation is found to be untruthful, inaccurate, or misleading.
You may be required, at the request of the School, to provide further evidence prior to admission. If you fail to provide such evidence upon request then this may result in your offer being withheld or terminated.
If you have a disability or other additional support needs you are strongly encouraged to disclose this to the School on the application or any time during the admission process so that the School may seek to support you throughout your studies. We have in place procedures to ensure that applications are considered appropriately and that applicants with a disability or additional support needs will, where possible, be provided with appropriate support in connection with the application process and subsequent study.
Job Placement Guaranteed Policy
Where your Course requires admission by a professional body, the School cannot and does not guarantee that successful completion of your Course will result in admission to that professional body since that is a decision to be made by the professional body itself.
Course with Job Placement Guaranteed status will be subjected to the partnered employer organizations and students will be receiving conditional offers of employment at the end of the course with terms and conditions set by the employer organization.
Should you complete the course with poor performance and/or failure to meet course expectations, your entitled to Job Placement Guaranteed could be removed and/or terminated based on the justification of the employer organization along with the School.
In the event that you choose to forego the employment offer, a written statement must be submitted to the admissions office. Once processed, students will be unable to request a new offer or renew their rejected offer.
In the unlikely event that the employer no longer wishes to extend the offer due to circumstances beyond your control, the School will seek for and replace the offer for courses which come with a job placement guaranteed.
Your Responsibility
Upon an enrolment decision, it is your right to accept or decline the offer of enrolment. Suppose you consider that you have been unfairly or improperly treated in respect of your enrolment. In that case, you have to the right lodge a complaint to the respective School’s administration.
Payment and Refund Policy
Every student of School of Careers by Talentbank becomes liable for the full sessional tuition fee upon registration.
Tuition fees are not normally refunded to or in respect of a student who withdraws or is excluded during the session.
School of Careers reserves the right not to grant a certificate where academic fees are still owing to the institution. Primarily this constitutes tuition fees, but the institution reserves the right to deem other unpaid academic-related fees as academic debt.
Student Discipline Regulations
All students are required to act within the Student Discipline Regulations of the School which are subject to Malaysia laws but take precedence over any other Higher Education institution’s code of practice, charter, or rules.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have registered for the course/workshop/seminar/forum, its course fee would be payable regardless of actual attendance due to our venue booking & catering commitment or virtual attendance with the usage of our online resource. Cancellation or withdrawal is not permitted, but we welcome replacements. The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to inform participants of the changes.
Changes to our Enrolment Policy
At our discretion, we may change our enrolment policy from time to time. Your continued use of this site after any changes to this policy will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around the enrolment procedure.
